技術摘要 / Abstract

一種中溫型固態氧化物燃料電池封裝玻璃材料，係將玻璃母體添加至少一種的玻璃修飾劑，其玻璃轉換溫度介於700~900℃間，以製成一封裝玻璃材料，其中該玻璃母體係由SiO2、Al2O3、Y2O3及ZnO四種材料所組成，而添加之玻璃修飾劑包括稀土元素、鹼金屬元素或過渡元素，玻璃修飾劑能夠做為調整玻璃轉換溫度、熱膨脹係數及改善黏合特性，使得玻璃能夠於SOFC應用溫度(500~800℃)時表現出高溫封裝的特性。
A medium temperature solid oxide fuel cell glass packaging material is provided. The glass packaging material may include a glass main body made of SiO2, Al2O3, Y2O3 and ZnO, and at least one glass modifier added into the glass main body. Glass transition temperature ranges from 700 to 900 degrees Celsius. The glass modifier may be rare earth elements or transitory elements. The added glass modifier may adjust the glass transition temperature and the thermal expansion coefficient, and improve the bonding characteristics of the glass packaging material, so as to allow the manufactured glass packaging material to be applicable in SOFC application temperature range from 500 to 800 degrees Celsius.
