技術摘要 / Abstract


一种氧气制造机及其制造方法,该氧气制造机的本体包括:2m条玻璃封条,贴附于本体;n行×m列贯通通道,每一列贯通通道两端部开口具有一导电网片,并以玻璃封条密封,作为同一列通道的电连接,奇数列通道、偶数列通道分别电连接电压源阳极、阴极;奇数列两相邻通道的墙面设有多个第一通道连通口,偶数列两相邻通道的墙面设有多个第二通道连通口,本体通道的侧壁设有多个空气通入口贯通于每一奇数列通道的第1行、多个空气排出口贯通于每一奇数列通道的第n行及多个氧气收集口贯通于每一偶数列通道的第1行。空气自第一通道通入后,在第一通道之间迂回流通,最后自空气排出口排出,增加了空气停留于本体内的时间,提高氧气制造机制造氧气的效率。
The invention relates to an oxygen manufacturing machine and a manufacturing method thereof. A body of the oxygen manufacturing machine comprises 2m glass sealing strips and penetrating passages in n rows and m lines, wherein the 2m glass sealing strips are pasted with the body, openings of two end parts of each line of penetrating passages are provided with a conducting net sheet and are sealed by the glass sealing strips to be used as the electric connection of the same line of passages, the passages in odd lines and the passages in even lines are respectively and electrically connected with a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a voltage source, the wall surfaces of two adjacent passages in odd lines are provided with a plurality of first passage communication openings, the wall surfaces of two adjacent passages in even lines are provided with a plurality of second passage communication openings, the side wall of the body passage is provided with a plurality of air introducing openings, a plurality of air discharging openings and a plurality of oxygen collection openings, the air introducing openings penetrate through the first row of each line of passages in each odd line, the air discharging openings penetrate through the nth line of passages in each odd line, and the oxygen collection openings penetrate through the first row of passages in each even line. Air detours and flows between the first passages after being introduced into the first passages and is finally discharged out from the air discharging openings, the staying time of the air in the body is prolonged, and the oxygen manufacturing efficiency of the oxygen manufacturing machine is improved.
